A mountainous village with 266 inhabitants, at an altitude of 760 meters, on the northwest slopes of Mount Gavria, northeast of Lake Stymphalia and 66 km southwest of Corinth. It is a simple and beautiful village where one can indulge in hiking or hunting, as a trail to the Gavria hill, which rises above the village and is a famous hunting ground, starts from there. It also offers a wonderful view from its two medieval fortresses, which have visual contact with the villages of the Municipality of Nemea, the area of Skoteini and Kandila. In Asprokampos, there are ruins of a medieval tower in the north of the village on the hilltop, while ancient building material scattered in the area indicates the existence of an ancient building. The position of the tower offers a magnificent view of the Stymphalia valley.
