A more demanding route that climbs from Kiato up to the archaeological site of Ancient Sikyon, above the village of Vasiliko. The road rises gradually through olive groves and vineyards, with panoramic views over the Gulf of Corinth and the Kiato plain.
At the top awaits one of Corinthia’s most important ancient sites: the striking ancient theatre, the bouleuterion, the baths and the Archaeological Museum of Sikyon. Wear proper shoes and bring water and a hat — especially in the summer months.
