A Day at Ancient Sikyon
Just a few kilometres west of Kiato, in the village of Vasiliko, lies one of Corinthia’s most important archaeological sites: Ancient Sikyon. In antiquity the city was renowned for its painting and sculpture and produced several great artists.
What to see
Highlights include the ancient theatre, the agora, the bouleuterion and the baths, while the Archaeological Museum — housed in a Roman bath — displays mosaics and local finds.
